Well folks I am pretty sure I have graduated and am about halfway done with packing up my stuff to store at home before moving up to St. louis to go to SLU.
I went to schoool at UMR for 5 years and for most all of that time I have either gone to school full-time and worked ful-time. I have had a few relationships, and have made more then a few friends. Some will read this and some won't. I do plan on driving around a bit this summer to go and visit some of the people I have neglected over the years. There have been times when I have wondered if I would graduate at all and some times when I wondered why I was even trying to graduate, but I got through school with the help of my friends. I have known a few people and done a few pretty cool things while attending school here and have left with some really good stories and running gags that should provide good times for some years to come.
I write this to say thanks to all those who helped while I was at UMR, I really do appreciate it and I know I wouldn't have been able to graduate without that help. This help could be anything from someone to talk to to someone that became close for a time. Not all help I got at school was happy and useful, there was quite a bit of experience at UMR that would be nice to never have to think about again considering some of the ways I was treated, but I wouldn't forget them even if I could because whereas they might not have been some of the best times of my life they still helped to shape who I have become and some of the ways that I approach situations now. I have had some good times and some rough times, but the best thing about all of those times is that I got to experience them and got to become a better person as a result.
THANKS GUYS FOR BEING THE FRIENDS AND THE PEOPLE THAT YOU ARE
